Residential Letting & Management Experts was founded with the aim of providing a dedicated management service to owners of investment property. There is no underlying drive to "turn over" properties to generate sales commissions, therefore our entire focus and strategies are hinged on providing excellence in property management.
Historically, properties have been managed by real estate agents. Usually called "rentals" they were treated as the poor cousin to sales and were a business add on to "feed" the sales department of a Real Estate office.
This generally remains the case today, despite the change of name and claims of specialisation in some instances. The focus and expertise of the majority still centres on listing and selling property. Just ask in which area of the business the Principal works or focuses most of their time!
Independence not only allows us to have a singular focus but also enables us to work with associated sales professionals on our Landlords behalf, always ensuring that their interests are paramount.
I believe with a passion, a property investor is entitled to have a highly trained team using up to the minute systems and skills and who is solely dedicated to property management.
Perhaps more importantly, I believe the team should be able to dedicate their attention to working in the best interest of their Landlords without being influenced or pressured by principals or salespeople who are persuing their own agenda.
Maximising the investor’s return and the property’s potential should always be the priority.
